Oy Apotti Ab emerged from a collective effort by municipalities and HUS, marking the birth of the world's pioneering client and patient information system, which integrates social and healthcare services. The Apotti system revolutionizes how social and healthcare professionals access customer and patient records, ensuring seamless access across all services and facilities.

The design team at Fjord was tasked with refreshing the brand identity for Apotti, reflecting the company's entry into a new era and preparation for significant changes in the social and healthcare segments. Collaborating closely with the client, we co-created Apotti’s design principles, tone of voice, and refreshed visual identity. We delivered updated brand elements for both physical and digital environments, along with a North Star concept to guide future brand development and online presence.
